Beaumont is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Beaumont follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Appt time: 0600-2300 Arrived: 1530 Departed: 1800 Overall, decent and smooth experience. First, Check into the staging area and the staff will guide you from there. Make sure you bring your ID, Saftey jacket, shirts with sleeves, and no shorts. Staff were professional and polite. I staged for 90 minutes and was loaded in about 30 minutes. Docking space is tight but staff makes sure there’s enough space for you to dock, by only letting one truck dock at a time. Porta potty at the staging area. I didn’t see bathrooms for drivers in the shipping office, but there’s a loves about 1 mile away.

Security is good people but the shipper doesn’t have a solid process for getting drivers loaded and back on the road. For being such a large company you would expect they would value efficiency and show respect to those carrying their products. Driver must leave truck during loading but the driver lounge is a hard chair with minimal comforts to the driver. Do not come here with a pet or a second person in the cab. This is why I buy Michelin tires and avoid Good Year. Consumer power is the only thing these mega companies listen to. Horrible shipper, stay away.

I came here to get loaded on Saturday and my longest time waiting was for my dispatch to get the right pickup number! I had a dock quickly, within half an hour, and was loaded and out of there within an hour after that! They are working hard to change the problems here and make it more driver friendly! The waiting room isn't perfect, but you are at a shipper getting loaded, not a resort so it is what it is! Backing can be tight if both sides of the docks are full, but when I went there, there was nobody in the docks across from the dock I had to back into! Had a great experience here and everyone was very nice!

My experience was good. They took my load a day before and unload my trailer within two hours. People were nice. First you have to check in with guard. Then they call and gives you a dock. Love’s truck stop is just a mile away.
